The problems we solve

  • Budgets bleeding into search terms nobody ever reviews
  • Reports full of clicks and impressions that never mention cost per sale
  • Smart bidding trained on conversion tracking that was never set up right

What our PPC management services cover

Herdr’s PPC management service covers paid search on Google and Microsoft Ads, paid social across Facebook and Instagram, and the retargeting that connects them — planned, built, and managed as one account with one number to answer to: what a customer costs you. Engagements run month-to-month from a $3,000 monthly minimum in ad spend, paid directly to the platforms.

Most of the work is unglamorous, which is why it rarely gets done. Search term reports read every week, with negatives added before waste compounds. Ad copy tested against a control instead of a hunch. Audiences and creative rotated before fatigue sets in. And underneath all of it, conversion tracking verified end to end — because smart bidding is only as good as the data it learns from, and broken tracking is the most common defect we find in the accounts we take over.

If you sell online, Shopping campaigns and product feeds are a discipline of their own — that work lives with our Ecommerce marketing service.

Search catches demand. Social creates it.

A search campaign converts people already typing what you sell. It harvests demand; it can’t plant any. Paid social reaches the buyers who look like your best customers but haven’t started looking for you, and retargeting brings back the ones who clicked, considered, and stalled — the pattern we’ve watched repeat across 300+ businesses over 15 years of PPC.

Run together, the channels compound: social fills the funnel search closes, and every sale sharpens the targeting on both sides. Run separately — split across two agencies and two dashboards — each side claims credit for the same sale and nobody owns the cost. We run both under one roof, so there’s exactly one answer to what your acquisition actually costs.

You see every penny at work

You own your ad accounts and their history — we request access, we don’t take custody. Engagements run month-to-month, so results are what keep us, not paperwork. And reporting leads with the numbers you’d ask about first: spend, sales, and cost per sale, in plain English — the acquisition cost Herdr client campaigns have cut by 42% on average. When something isn’t working, you hear it from us first, with the fix already moving.

How it works

No black box: you approve the plan in writing, nothing launches without verified tracking, and the work is reviewed with you at every step.

  1. Strategy profiling

We map your offer, audience, and unit economics before a penny is spent.

  2. Proposal review

A custom plan you approve — channels, budgets, and targets in writing.

  3. Launch with tracking confirmed

Campaigns go live only once conversion tracking is verified end to end.

  4. Active management

Weekly optimization of ads, copy, and audiences. We never stop testing.

Clear answers for serious businesses.

Choosing a growth partner is a serious decision. If your specific question isn't answered here, write it down. We'll answer it directly when we look at your numbers on our strategy call.

Which platforms do you manage?

Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta — Facebook and Instagram. That's where buying intent is strongest for most businesses, and where we can defend every dollar with conversion data. If a channel outside that set genuinely fits your audience, we'll tell you on the strategy call — and if it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.

Do you handle both search and social, or do I have to pick one?

Both, deliberately as one engagement. Search converts demand that already exists; social reaches buyers who haven't started looking; retargeting connects the two. Split them across two agencies and each optimizes its half at the other's expense — one team accountable for the whole journey means one answer for what a customer actually costs you.

How much should I budget for paid ads?

We recommend at least $3,000 per month in ad spend, paid directly to the platforms. Below that, campaigns starve the algorithms of the conversion data they learn from, and every test takes months instead of weeks. Your exact starting budget comes out of the strategy call — sized to your margins and what clicks cost in your market.

Will you work with my existing campaigns or start over?

We audit before we touch anything. Your campaign history is an asset — conversion data the algorithms have already paid to learn from — so we keep what the numbers support and rebuild only what's costing you money. Most accounts we take over need restructuring, not a reset.

Do you write the ad copy and produce the creative?

Ad copy, yes — headlines, descriptions, and variations are part of management and tested continuously. For social creative, we work with your product photography and brand assets; where new creative is needed, it's scoped in your proposal upfront, so there are no surprise invoices.

How often will I hear from you?

You get a direct line to the people running your account, reporting that leads with spend, sales, and cost per sale — not impressions — and a scheduled review of the work, weekly or monthly as suits you. What you won't get is a quarterly deck from an account manager three steps removed from your campaigns.

Your ad spend has some explaining to do.

One call, your actual numbers: where spend is leaking, what's worth scaling, and what a realistic target looks like. No deck, no pressure — a plain answer either way.
