These terms govern your use of herdr.co. The site is operated by Herdr Ltd ("Herdr", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17314599), with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. You can reach us at hello@herdr.co.

By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

Our services are agreed separately

This website tells you about what we do — it isn't an offer, and using it doesn't create a client relationship. Anything we do for a client is set out in a separate written agreement, and the prices, results, and claims on this site are for general guidance, not a binding quote or promise. Where these terms and a signed client agreement differ, the client agreement governs that work.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
• interfere with the site's operation or with anyone else's use of it;
• collect data from the site by automated means in a way that burdens or disrupts it.

Our content

The content on this site — including the text, design, branding, logos, and case-study material — belongs to Herdr Ltd or is used under licence, and is protected by law. You're welcome to view it and print or download a copy for your own reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, or exploit it commercially without our written permission.

Information on the site isn't advice

Everything on the site — including the blog and the ROAS calculator — is general information, not professional, legal, or financial advice, and not a substitute for it. Case studies and figures are examples of past work; they aren't a promise of results, which depend on factors specific to each business and on third-party platforms we don't control.

Getting in touch through the site

When you submit the strategy form, we handle your details as set out in our Privacy policy. Please give us accurate information. We read every genuine enquiry, but we're not obliged to respond to all of them or to take on any particular project.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we don't guarantee it will always be so. We provide it "as is", and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Links to other sites

Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for information only. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

Our responsibility to you

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your home nation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the current version always applies to your use of the site.
